Welcome!!! All items are copy write and images cannot be used elsewhere unless written permission has been granted.

Items will be shipped within 1 business day of receiving payment.

//////SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS:

(these include items that were requested in a certain color, size, or custom made, etc...) Please allow for up to 1 week of production, though it may be completed sooner!

//////DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS:

Items are shipped USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. I will be sure to send you the tracking information once your item has shipped! If you would like a different method of shipment, please let me know, I would be more than happy to accommodate. Please allow for 2-5 business days for arrival.

//////INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS:

Items are shipped USPS Priority mail without a delivery confirmation. If you would like to request a different form of shipment, please send me a message and I would be more than happy to accommodate! Please allow 6-10 business days for arrival. *please note duty/import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

-I am not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect address.

//////REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

I guarantee the quality of my handmade items! If you re unhappy with anything, I will happily repair, replace or issue a refund for your item within 7 days of purchasing. The item must not have been warn and shipping charges are non-refundable. 

If you would like to exchange an item you are responsible for the return shipping however I will gladly waive the cost of shipping you the exchanged item. Please let me know within 1 business week if you would like an exchange. 

*This does not include custom items, custom items are nonexchangeable and nonrefundable.
